Just a thought

Anxiety, Distress and Mental Psychology all occur in people life now day.
Why this thing happen recently? It because the world requirement are change drastically.
People need growth over and over and we need to keep up for it every time. Lot of our time are used to think how to fill up and keep up this world requirement. The world need never endless. Business, Technology, Education, Welfare, people keep upgrading their life style. Because of that, we live in pressure, stress, anxious, working overtime and not enough rest. This day, money are the king. We always want to earn as much as we can and forget what we physical need the most. To much devoted yourself to your work, only lead you to stroke, and self destructed. Making you neglect people around you. Working requirement also give pressure to us. The higher the world demand, the higher working pressure are given to us. Yes, i know that we need to work to earn money in order to survive this cruel world. Especially we that have low salary. It hard to maintain and compete this world live changing.
But, remember, take your time to rest. We human, not robot. Human can't e replaced once broken but robot can because they are machine. I know, some of us have a lot thing to do and everyone have a same job. At least, spend some of your 24 hour time to rest and relax. Working in good environment will help you be more productive. At working place, when it time to rest, leave your work and go out. Take a break and chat with your friend or staff to improve your mood. After the break, you can continue that work, but you will be more relax and every thing will run smoothly. Live your life, don't make money control your freedom. Take vacation, spend your time with family, do things that you like, release yourself from all those negative air, find some things that make you happy, and take care of your own health.
